Andy MacMillan
Chief Executive Officer
Andy brings 20 years of enterprise SaaS experience to UserTesting. As a former product executive at Oracle and Salesforce, he saw the critical role that customer-centricity plays in creating great experiences. By helping companies become more customer-centric, he has grown multiple enterprise SaaS businesses to hundreds of millions of dollars.
Michelle Huff
Chief Marketing Officer
Michelle Huff brings over 20 years of experience leading marketing and go-to-market strategies at high tech companies, such as Act-On Software, Salesforce, and Oracle. Gaining insights directly from customers and prospects has always been essential in her past roles—from leading product marketing and management teams to launching websites and marketing campaigns. At UserTesting, she’s responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, building the UserTesting brand, generating demand, and strengthening customer engagement and advocacy.
Mark Chamberlain
Chief Financial Officer
Mark brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry, where he has held senior executive roles in both finance and operations, primarily with private equity-backed companies. Mark has held senior executive positions at Litera, Ivanti, Novell, and Corda Technologies (now Domo). As CFO, Mark is responsible for maintaining the company’s financial strength and managing all aspects of M&A, accounting, finance and legal. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BS in international relations from Brigham Young University.
Michelle Engle
Chief Product Officer
Michelle is a seasoned veteran of the startup and technology space with more than 20 years of experience building products and go-to-market strategy at JP Morgan, iContact, ChannelAdvisor and MaxPoint (acquired by Vericast). She holds a BA in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Japanese from Bucknell University and an MA in Economics from New York University. Michelle’s team at UserTesting spans product management, design, and UX research.
Kaj van de Loo
Chief Technology Officer
Kaj has more than 20 years experience in enterprise software at companies both large and small including SAP and Oracle. He is passionate about applying innovative technology to improve customer experience. As CTO of UserTesting, Kaj is responsible for the research, design, development, and operations of the UserTesting platform.
Jamie Anderson
Chief Revenue Officer
Jamie brings over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He has a proven track record in optimizing revenue-generating activities and building effective teams. Prior to joining UserTesting, Jamie served as the CRO at both Emburse, and Xactly Corp, and has held senior executive leadership roles at Marketo (Adobe), SAP, and Siebel Systems (Oracle). Known for his expertise in scaling businesses and aligning revenue functions, Jamie is responsible for driving the strategy for the company’s revenue growth. He is an alumnus of Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc in Computer Information Systems.
Adelle Connors
Chief People Officer
Adelle brings over 20 years of experience leading global People teams in the high-tech industry. Adelle has a proven record of building highly optimized teams that create transformational services and solutions aligning the people strategy to the business strategy. Prior to UserTesting, Adelle held roles as a consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting and global leadership roles with Intermec Technologies and Dell Technologies. Adelle is responsible for defining and activating strategies for: People, IDEB (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Belonging) and Culture.
Matt Zelen
Chief Customer Officer
Matt has more than 20 years of experience helping companies drive value from their technology solutions. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of AppZen, and prior to that he was Chief Customer Officer of Act-On. He has also held leadership roles at global technology companies including Salesforce and Oracle. He is passionate about helping companies and their customers achieve business success and is laser-focused on that for UserTesting customers.
Josh Maltz
Chief Operating Officer
Josh brings over 20 years of experience leading operations, go-to-market strategy, financial planning & analysis, sales, renewals management and business development at high tech companies including Sybase/SAP, Cisco Systems and BT Global Services. Having spent more than a decade of his career based in Asia Pacific, he brings a global perspective that serves diverse cultures, corporate practices and customer priorities. As COO of UserTesting, Josh is responsible for strategy development, business planning, operational leadership, performance monitoring, and business intelligence.
Nali Giliana
Chief of Staff
Nali brings over 20 years of experience in the digital and enterprise SaaS industry. Prior to joining UserTesting, Nali served in several leadership roles in go-to-market (GTM) and operations at HP, Adobe, OpenText, and Aprimo, where he established a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies and achieving hyper-growth. As Chief of Staff, Nali is responsible for leading key strategic initiatives, optimizing operational workflows, and fostering communication across cross-functional teams.
