Transcript improvements: Improvements to English-language and newly available Spanish-language transcription help save you time when analyzing and sharing feedback. Plus, this update makes UserTesting’s transcript-based intelligent insights, such as sentiment analysis and smart tags, more effective.
Extended capabilities for Invite Network: Access even more audiences by no longer requiring email collection and save time analyzing feedback from contributors outside of the UserTesting Contributor Network.

Integrated login experience: Coming soon, mutual customers of UserTesting, UserZoom, and EnjoyHQ will have access to an integrated login experience that enables them to easily switch between their subscribed platforms.

Improved accuracy with machine learning: Work confidently knowing continued machine learning investments improve the efficiency of automatic test result analysis, including transcription accuracy. Sentiment analysis and Smart Tag accuracy have improved, reducing the data analysis required.
Privacy and compliance: UserTesting holds nationally and internationally recognized certifications as exacting standards for security and privacy. By adhering to these standards, UserTesting is committed to going above and beyond our customers’ expectations for security and privacy, such as the third year in a row for SOC 2 Type-2 certification, the second year in a row for ISO 27001 information security compliance certification, and a newly certified ISO 27701 for privacy compliance.

Test-level instant insight: Save hours of analysis and automatically detect patterns, anomalies, and key insights across multiple sessions and get straight to the aggregated results and high-value insights.
Redesigned navigation experience: Navigate and collaborate with a more intuitive, persistent navigation bar, folder management, a workspace switcher, and easily accessible resources.
Redesigned card sorting experience: View video feedback alongside card sorting metrics to gather a complete understanding of contributors’ mental models with this streamlined solution.
Self-service SSO: Provide an easier, faster way to provision SSO and conduct ongoing management of SSO settings. By allowing users to log in to the UserTesting platform with their corporate credentials, SSO provides customers with a more efficient and secure way to access the platform and manage platform users. Additionally, admins are now able to access the SSO settings page within the platform, which allows them to complete the initial SSO setup and manage it on an ongoing basis should any changes need to be made.
Insight customization: Customers can now give feedback on automatically-generated insights by adding their own custom terminology and providing feedback on the value of those insights.
Usage management for workspaces: Manage platform usage across the organization for teams leveraging workspaces for different departments, user groups, or lines of business.
UserTesting is HIPAA compliant: The UserTesting platform is now HIPAA compliant, enabling customers that are covered entities to gather feedback and insights, which includes managing protected health information, from the UserTesting Contributor Network or their own patients securely and confidently.
Seamless recorder for Invite Network: Tap into insights from employees, existing customers, industry experts, and people within unique demographics faster and easier than ever before.
