SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – May 23, 2024 – UserTesting, a SaaS leader in experience research and insights, today announced that 60 of the 100 companies included in Visual Capitalist’s The Top 100 Most Valuable Brands 2024 list rely on UserTesting to get the customer feedback required to create products and experiences that resonate deeply with users. The list ranks the top global 100 brands by value, based on the annual global ranking of the Global 500 2024 from Brand Finance, highlighting the most valuable and strongest global brands. In addition, eighty-two percent of the retailers in VisualCapitalist’s Top 100 list are UserTesting customers.
VisualCapitalist segments the included brands by industry, showing that UserTesting powers human insight for 71 percent of the most valuable tech & services brands, 67 percent of the most valuable media brands, and 63 percent of the most valuable food and beverage brands.
